Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time includes order review, preparation, and packaging. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
We ship orders using major carriers. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thesourdoughsource.com so we can assist you.
Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only if your order arrived damaged or if you received an incorrect item.
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thesourdoughsource.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Replacement items may be offered at our discretion.
We are unable to offer refunds based on personal preference, baking outcomes, or improper handling.
